Information and Help Desk
Information desks can be seen in both terminals.

Airport Facilities
Money and phone: The airport offers a bureau de change, ATMs, a post office and a bank.
Eating and drinking: There are a wide variety of restaurants and bars, located in both terminals.
Shopping: There are various shops at the airport, including duty-free, located in the North (international) Terminal.
Luggage services: A lost property office is located on the Departures (upper) level of the South (domestic) Terminal (tel: 907 266 2623). A baggage storage facility can be found in the South (domestic) Terminal of the Airport on the lower (Arrivals) level opposite baggage reclaim.
Other facilities: The Alaska Native Medical Centre has a desk located in the South Terminal. A barber shop is also available.

Conference and Business Facilities
There are no business or conference facilities at the airport. The nearby Millennium Alaskan Hotel (tel: 907 243 2300) offers seven meeting rooms, audiovisual equipment, fax and photocopying facilities.

Disabled Facilities
The airport offers full services for disabled passengers. Wheelchairs and assistance are available. Passengers are advised to contact the airline with which they are travelling.
